  • We start with Silver Medalists (final stage candidates who just missed out) and also support Gold Medalists: strong employees you may have to let go, for instance due to restructuring or exhausted project funding.
  • Use cases are numerous: temporary assignments, top international students, partners of international knowledge workers, and more.

Support for recruitment and retention

  • The talent pool supports also mobility and retention: talent builds careers within the Leuven MindGate ecosystem while staying in the region.
  • We are launching with a pilot of 15 organizations over 1 year to test, refine, and improve together.
  • After the pilot, we will roll out to the wider Leuven MindGate community. Strength lies in the collective.
