Hubs4Growth

We co-founded Hubs4Growth to solve a critical challenge: fragmentation in the Flemish startup landscape. We united with five other major hubs (Wintercircus Gent, Hangar K, The Beacon, Limburg Startup & Brussel Airport Company), to break down regional walls. This consortium creates a single, interconnected ecosystem. Now, startups enjoy seamless access to workspaces, expertise, and capital across the entire region.

Start it Hardware Accelerator

Start it Hardware is a one-year program we launched with Start it @KBC, designed to support the unique needs of startups building physical products. We connect founders with the ecosystem of the Leuven Innovation Region (Belgium’s #1 hardware hub), leveraging the expertise of partners like imec, Comate, Materialise, and KU Leuven.

Instead of general advice, founders receive expert coaching, access to prototyping labs, manufacturing partners, and specialized infrastructure, allowing startups to bypass typical barriers and accelerate their path to market.

Talent Pool

When we ask our members what keeps them awake at night, we often hear the same answer: finding the right people. To support this challenge and strengthen acquisition, retention and development of new talent in the Leuven Innovation Region, we are launching a smart Talent Pool.

This initiative allows companies to share "silver medalists", high-quality candidates who just missed the cut at one firm but are perfect for another. By circulating this talent, we create a faster, more efficient way to hire while drastically lowering recruitment costs.
